Jacob, let’s go Beyond the Mic. You’ve written a book about money, written for everyone from the NYT to NPR and worked at a startup. How was challenges faced by technology fuel “What’s Your Problem?”

You’ve examined the history of light and the cost of oil to light a room and how it has gotten cheaper of history through technology. What technology scares you?

As you talk with engineers about their problems, what have you discovered about the future of the world for the better or for the worse?

What amazes you about the challenges and the solutions people want to find? .

Is there a challenge that you are searching for an engineer is attempting a solution of something you want to have solved?

At one point in 2013 Bitcoin traded for $31 now it trades for 1000 times that with some countries backing farming. Every Tom, Dick and Goldstein is launching a coin or Dao now. Why?

Businesses have gone from offering tons of service to self-serve. At what point will service return? Is that a good thing?

When it started Social Media’s goal was bringing people together. But now it’s become a more divisive place. Don’t like what your friends are saying here, we’ll build a new platform. Has social media reached a point of inefficiency?
