We’re joined on the Starline by two momics with an Amazon Prime Special on motherhood. One is a comedian, writer and actress who has toured with Paul Rodriguez, the other is an award-winning Mexican American actress, comedian, writer, and producer. Both have moments of sanity and insanity in motherhood in their special “2 Moms, 1 Mic”. We welcome Kaela Crawford and Selina Ringel.
Friends, let’s go Beyond the Mic, comedy is hard. It’s a challenge to find a niche and be able to tell a story that can make people laugh on a daily basis, and you both do it so well. How did you meet up?
Selina, you were creating a feature film “Single Mother by Choice” when you had to stop after you had a miscarriage. You decided to leave that very painful and personal moment in the film. Why?
Kaela, your daughter considered you her personal beverage container. Looking back would you ever consider just bottle feeding if you had to do it over again?
