In “The Wine Bible”, you take us on a whirlwind tour of everywhere vino. How hard is it to limit the amount of words you can talk about an area? For example, the developing wineries in Texas make $13.1 billion of economic impact for the state but get a mere page. How hard is it to compact all this great stuff into one book?

When did you know your palate was perfect for noticing the distinct tastes of wine? How did your wine love grow?
